I’ve been right where you are
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in PA & NJ, a solo mom of twin daughters, previously managed two jobs and two businesses all at once. Are you sensing a theme?
I too, had the dream of “having it all” while being able to do it with grace. Life smacked me in the face, and wreaked havoc on my nervous system. I’ve spent time restoring my life to align more closely with my childhood fantasy. My personal experience combined with my professional expertise is what makes me the perfect person to walk with you on your journey back to rejuvenation.

Y’all are DEDICATED to reaching your goals. You are masters at betting on yourselves. You also understand the benefit of recruiting assistance when necessary. None of us got where we are today without the help of someone else. Professors, business coaches, college advisors, mentors, personal trainers, accountants etc., have added their piece to your puzzle of success. You wouldn’t be here reading this if you didn’t understand how beneficial it is to intentionally build your village of support.

There has been this assumption that we, as humans, have elevated above the basic components that contribute to our wellbeing. The assumption is that as long as we continue to advance in technology, we are doing well. This is clearly not the case. I aim to remind you that “treating yourself like a human” not a machine, while understanding your story is how you will return to a place of joy and alignment.

Your life is already fast paced and over filled, so I understand that finding time for yourself can be a challenge. That’s why I offer online sessions that allow you to receive the support you need from the comfort of your home, office, or even your car (for privacy away from a busy household).

It’s so important to vibe with your therapist. As I mentioned, relationships can make or break a situation, and therapy is no different. Clients have said that therapy with me feels like talking to a friend who happens to be an expert in this area. I want you to feel comfortable bringing your entire self into session.

A contradiction, I know. But it’s the reality of good therapy. Old patterns need to be interjected, and the only way to do that is to bring awareness and challenge them. This can be uncomfortable, but is a necessary step for true transformation.
I do promise to challenge you in a gentle and respectful manner, though!
